With no minimum order sizes or special exceptions, HD ZONA offers FAST & FREE SHIPPING on all domestic ( USA  48 States Only ) orders mentioned on our website. It does not have any special or complicated rules. Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other US remote Territories is not FREE. At HD ZONA we focus on solving your supply chain needs from end to end, as well as delivering your order very quickly. When making an order from our website, be sure you will receive it during 2-5 business days, as we realize how important it is to receive them as soon as possible.

Return Terms

If you order does not meet your expectations, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just send it back for a full refund.

We offer our customers 30 DAY RETURN POLICY option, with no special catches or exceptions. We just ask to receive the items back to us in the original packaging.

Return With HD ZONA – is not complicated at all!

  • After your purchase, you can return it during 30 days
  • In order to get your RMA # juts contact our team
  • Your refund will be processed only after your return is received and verified by our fulfillment centers (during 3 days of receipt). After this process, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please bear in mind, that this process can take extra 2-10 business days depending on your credit company.
  • Products should be returned in the in the original box and/or packaging, in condition you received them
  • According to our 30-day return policy, all returns will take 30 days of purchase in order to be processed by our warehouse.

Damaged in Transit

We will package your orders with the maximum care. Nevertheless, in case if damage occurs in transit, all affected products we will be quickly replaced with no hassle.

Delays in Delivery

In case if there is a missing item, our forwarding agent will immediately provide proof of delivery or package, tracking documentation, the missing items will be tracked down and the delivery redirected to the right recipient.

 

Incorrect Delivery

If your ordered quantity and the quantity of delivery mismatch, we will detect any excess items or send out any missing ones, without taking any charge from you.

Guarantee

If there is a need of guarantee for PV components, we will help you make all the necessary arrangements with the manufacturer, to get your system back up and running as it should be as soon as possible.
